We do not impose a minimum order of our own: the threshold depends on the factory, the product and the type of customisation. An item customised with a logo starts at low quantities, while a product with a dedicated mould needs a larger run to justify the cost of the mould. We tell you the real threshold when we quote.

Usually one to three weeks to reach an approved sample and three to six weeks of production, plus transport: around 30-45 days by sea or 5-10 days by air. Lead times change with quantity and season: factories close around Chinese New Year, so it is worth ordering early.

Yes, and it is the work we do most often: we start from a drawing or a photograph, develop the mould and produce the item in the required shape. The cost of the mould is paid once and stays available for later runs.
