These terms govern the use of the lamerce.it website and the related digital services of La Merce Srls, including the automated publishing of our content on our social media profiles through the official interfaces (APIs) of the platforms. By using the website or the services you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
The website and the services are operated by La Merce Srls, based in Padua (Italy), VAT number IT05673120282, email info@lamerce.it, certified email lamerce@pec.it.
2. Use of the website
The website presents the business and services of La Merce for information purposes. The information published is not a binding offer: quotes, prices and supply conditions are agreed case by case in writing. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to impair its operation or security.

Texts, images, videos, graphics, trademarks and logos on the website and on our social media profiles belong to La Merce Srls or to their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

La Merce uses the official APIs of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn solely to publish its own content on its own accounts and, where agreed in writing, on the accounts of clients who expressly authorise it. Access takes place only through the platform's official login and with the consent of the account owner, who can revoke it at any time from the platform's settings. We do not publish content without authorisation and we do not sell or transfer the data we receive to third parties. The use of each platform also remains subject to its own terms, for example the TikTok Terms of Service.
5. Limitation of liability
We take care over the content of the website, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or error-free, nor that the website is always available. To the extent permitted by law, La Merce is not liable for damages arising from the use of the published information or from the inability to access the website.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, over which La Merce has no control and for whose content it is not responsible.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with businesses and professionals the Court of Padua has exclusive jurisdiction; for consumers, the jurisdiction provided for by the Italian Consumer Code remains unaffected.
