Why choose custom stress balls
A stress reliever is held in the hand and looked at closely: the shape matters more than the logo. A standard model with a brand printed on it is forgotten; a shape that tells the company's story stays on the desk.
We work on new shapes, developed from scratch with a dedicated mould. Choosing the shape is not only an aesthetic decision: simpler geometries translate better into volume, are easier to produce and cost less, and we say so before we start.

A lot. A simple, recognisable outline becomes a volume that is easier to mould: fewer production difficulties and a lower cost. For Garofalo we chose a butterfly shape for exactly this reason, while other pasta shapes would have required more complex geometries.
Yes, if the shape is new. The mould is developed once and stays available for later runs: from the second batch the unit cost drops.
Always. No batch starts without an approved sample: it is there to check volume, foam density, colour and branding, and it is the reference we compare the goods against during quality control.
