Quality control
We monitor production from supplier selection to the finished batch, checking workmanship, materials, measurements, finishes and compliance before the goods are shipped.
Quality control is designed around the product's real risk. Before production we define critical characteristics, the verification method, tolerances and the sample size of the inspection. Materials, measurements, colour, hardness, strength, seams, printing, assembly, packaging and function require different criteria and must be translated into instructions understandable for the factory and the inspector.
Checks can be carried out on raw materials, on the first article, during processing and on the finished batch. Through local contacts and inspection agencies we verify that the approved sample is replicated in mass production. Random sampling of pieces makes it possible to detect recurring defects, assembly problems or variations that would not emerge from a single unit prepared by the factory.
Every anomaly is documented and handled before shipping. Depending on severity we may request batch sorting, rework, replacement, re-inspection or packaging adjustment. Acting at the source reduces the risk of receiving unusable goods and makes the assignment of responsibilities clearer.
