Quality controlWe monitor production from supplier selection to the finished batch, checking workmanship, materials, measurements, finishes and compliance before the goods are shipped. CertificationsWe work with qualified suppliers and manage the documentation required by the product and the destination market, with particular attention to components subject to safety liability.

Production

From idea to production, we turn every project into a concrete product, coordinating development, sampling and production directly in the factory.

DesignEverything starts by listening to needs, timing, intended use and target price. We translate the requests into materials, measurements, fitting, processing, moulds, packaging and a logistics solution. SamplingSampling allows the product to be verified before mass production, through detailed photos and videos or by shipping the physical sample to the client. Mass productionAfter sample approval we take charge of the full production. The client deals with us, while we coordinate the factory, checks and timing. OEMIn OEM production the product is born from the client's specifications and made by the factory with a very high level of customisation. ODMIn ODM production we start from a product already developed by the supplier and adapt it to the client's needs, reducing time and costs. Private LabelIn Private Label we select an already available product and apply the client's brand. It is the fastest solution when the base product needs no structural changes.

From factory to warehouse, we coordinate every step of international logistics, managing transport, customs and final delivery through a single point of contact.

International logisticsWe organise international logistics for samples, small parcels and volume production, evaluating air, sea, road or rail transport. Customs clearance and paperworkTogether with customs brokers we analyse the product's composition, function and intended use, identify the correct TARIC code and prepare documents, registrations and formalities. Delivery to warehouseThe goods are not left at the port or an intermediate depot: we coordinate the last leg with the client and arrange arrival at the agreed times, hours and warehouse.
