After sample approval we take charge of the full production. The client deals with us, while we coordinate the factory, checks and timing.
After sample approval we plan material procurement, production capacity, tooling, processing, checks and the completion date. The client keeps a single point of contact, while we manage communication with the factory directly and translate commercial requests into operational instructions.
During production we monitor progress and critical points. Moulds are checked before start-up, materials must be consistent with the sample and customisation techniques must keep legibility and durability across the whole quantity. For orders tied to trade fairs or promotional campaigns we build the schedule backwards from the delivery date, including margin for inspection and transport.
Ongoing relationships with manufacturers help gain priority and resolve any deviations more quickly. Cost is controlled together with quality: quantity, material yield, waste, packaging, volume and shipping method all affect the final cost and are considered before confirmation.
