Everything starts by listening to needs, timing, intended use and target price. We translate the requests into materials, measurements, fitting, processing, moulds, packaging and a logistics solution.
Design turns a commercial need into a producible product. We define dimensions, measurement points, materials, performance, colours, customisation techniques, packaging and modes of use. In textile products the work covers composition, weight in GSM, elasticity, fit and construction; in printed or silicone products it covers geometries, radii, thicknesses, strength and mould feasibility.
At this stage we also assess the effect of technical choices on the industrial cost. A minimal change may require a new mould, manual processing or a material available only in large quantities. Design, production and logistics are therefore developed together, so as to avoid solutions valid on paper but incompatible with budget, timing or transport.
We share vector files, drawings, measurements and colour references with the manufacturer, keeping an ongoing dialogue until the sampleable version is defined. A clear specification reduces interpretation and forms the basis for checking the following batch.
