The Como shopper is a Private Label project made from a standard 120 GSM cotton bag, customised through logo embroidery. The request was linked to an event organised at short notice, so we needed a fast, refined solution consistent with the client's identity.
As there was no time to start a full non-European production, we checked the stock available in Europe and selected a ready-made shopper suited to the project's needs. Customisation was then entrusted to a local supplier, choosing embroidery to ensure a durable, high-quality finish.
We directly coordinated stock sourcing, transfer to the workshop, brand application and final delivery. Combining an available product, local processing and centralised management made it possible to reduce time and logistics steps, meeting the event date without compromising the quality of the result.
