The Papaco project concerns swimwear developed to technical specifications, made with a custom fit, a pattern adapted to the measurements, a resized circular logo and the addition of a functional ring. Traditional manufacturers offered models that were too standard and did not allow enough changes to material, shape and structure.
We therefore looked for a specialised supplier willing to handle a true custom development. A soft, lightweight and quick-drying fabric was selected, completed with a drawstring and an inner mesh lining. We also worked on the fitting and the pattern, checking that the proportions were consistent with the client's requests.
Customisation also covered the logo and the heat-transfer print, chosen to achieve a sharp and durable result. The project also included a ring to help water drain off, a functional detail that required a specific discussion with the factory.
