The Globifer project involved a production of 15,000 PU-foam stress balls, red and measuring 8.6 × 3.5 cm. The logo, printed in one colour on the front, had to stay legible and uniform across the whole batch.
We selected a red-globule model already available at the factory and set the project up as ODM production. Using an already industrialised shape avoided making a new mould and allowed us to focus the work on customisation and on scheduling mass production.
We coordinated model availability, foam processing, logo application, quantities, packaging and production progress. Choosing an ODM base reduced time and initial investment, making it possible to quickly manage a substantial quantity intended for various events.
