For a bicycle retailer active in both B2C and B2B we developed a project to introduce a new line of e-bikes. Research focused on the Chinese market, identifying specialised manufacturers and comparing different solutions in terms of motor, battery, range, frame, brakes, finishes and documentation for the European market.
The goal was to find the right balance between technical features, reliability, design and final price, allowing the client to enter the electric mobility segment with a competitive offer.
After selecting and verifying the model, we handled supply and import until the goods reached Italy, letting the client explore a new category without having to build a supplier network and an international sourcing structure on their own.
