It is the project from which La Merce took shape: anti-vibration mounts for industrial machinery in vulcanised rubber and galvanised steel, to the client's drawings and with SH 60 hardness.
We identified a qualified manufacturer in Turkey, taking care of dimensional precision, vulcanisation and rubber hardness.
The first batch required new moulds; the following ones reused the same molds, cutting time and unit cost. Three batches have been made so far, with lead times reduced to about two months and better warehouse turnover.
